This is the second day with uncanny parallelism in our images. This was the focus of my images early this morning... Florida rarely freezes over, and I found this fascinating. See my reject here:

No ice in our mini birdbath up by the farmhouse, but it was cold this morning. I like the unpredictability of this little project and how we still see similar things...

Spirited Sisterhood

Welcome to the West Coast to East Coast sister photo-blog. We started this as a 365 Project on January 1st, 2010. This is one of two efforts to keep connected in ways besides phone calls and emails.

We have managed to stay on separate coasts for most of our lives... and that has been hard. So, in a spirited sisterly way, we share visions of our lives and worlds daily... unaware of what the other will shoot and discover.

Jan 1, 2012 UPDATE: We have started a bit off kilter this year. Monica with a new job and travel, me scurrying around attempting to keep up with a busy new job and LOTS of swing dancing! There will be a few months of disjointed collections, with a mix of images and writing. However, we carry on!

Jan 1, 2011 UPDATE: So we started the year using a blend of themes, then a random word generator, however we gave up as we enjoyed the variety of just capturing our day. Monica has been doing most of the posting because life is 3 hours younger in CA ... but we have decided NOT to share our writing or pictures until it is ready for posting... let's see how this emerges this year!
